EDUCATION

 

CrossFit is an education about movement, fitness, nutrition, and community. All of these things require responsibility, common sense, hard work, and an eagerness to learn. At Eternity CrossFit, the educational process begins with our coaching team, who undergo schooling far beyond the basic certification required. The next step is to provide you with the best foundations possible before progressing to the group classes.

 

Most boxes (gyms) only require 3-6 classes before you are tossed into the group mix. At Eternity CrossFit, our RampUp program will guide you through 9 personalized sessions, so you will become very knowledgeable with the essential movements of CrossFit. Then, there is a test before you unite with our small group sessions; don’t worry, you will be well prepared. Our RampUp program runs frequently on a flexible schedule.

We offer programs for all, from the age of 5 up to 90. If you're older than 90, we're stoked you want to try CrossFit and we'll create a class for you! We have RampUp, group classes, private training, kid’s classes, yoga, Olympic lifting, and open gym.

 

  

Monday

6am, 8am, 9am, 10-12(Open Gym), 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm 

Tuesday

6am, 8am, 9am, 3pm(Kids), 3:45pm(Teen), 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday  

6am, 8am, 9am, 10-12(Open Gym), 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday

3pm (Kids), 3:45(Teen), 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday

6am, 8am, 9am, 10-12(Open Gym)

Saturday

8am (Olympic Lifting), 9am (Sidekick Saturdays), 10-12 (Open Gym)

Sunday

No classes during the summer

SIDEKICK SATURDAY

 

 

Every Saturday, Free Community Workouts!

 

Our Community Workouts are weekly events held each Saturday at 9am. These workouts are designed for scalability so that both new and veteran athletes can adjust the workout to a difficulty that suits their needs and fitness. This is the perfect chance to learn more about the benefits of our programs, and share in the fun of working out and interacting with our community!
