Anybody Can CrossFit

At Eternity CrossFit our main purpose is to help you achieve your goals in the fastest way possible. Our program is designed to help you succeed through a safe and effective approach. We will educate you on the CrossFit training methods and assess your current fitness level so we can get you to where you want to be. Finishing our Basics Program will be required in order for you to join the group classes which can be done through Individual Basics Training or Group Basics Training.

Onboarding Program CrossFit Onboarding Program is designed for those who are new to CrossFit and are interested in joining our classes. This 4 week foundation building class includes a guide to essential functional movements, nutrition program, strength and flexibility gain, and injury preventative training.

In order to join our group classes you must commit to attending each session of the Onboarding Program, three days a week.
Onboarding One on One

Our Onboarding One on One Progam is designed for those who are new to CrossFit and are interested in joining our classes but are unable to attend the regularly scheduled classes for our Onboarding Program. This 4 week foundation building class includes a guide to essential functional movements, nutrition program, strength and flexibility gain, and injury preventative training.

The times in which you will meet with your assigned coach will be set around your schedule.

In order to join our group classes you must commit to attending each session of the One on One Onboarding Program, three days a week.
Group Classes

We look forward to having you join our group classes once you have completed the Onboarding Programs.

Our group classes are an advancement of the skills you have developed throughout the Onboarding Program. The classes will allow you to gradually enhance your performance of the CrossFit methods while improving the time frame in which you accomplish your fitness goals.

Performance Challenge News:
Workout #2 will be done during all classes on Wednesday and open gym on Tuesday at 6pm.

Workout #2 is-

3 rounds for time:
200 m run (40# sandbag)
9 hand release push-ups
12 deadlifts
15 box jumps (24/20)

Boys' & Girls' Weight:
135/95

Men and Women's Weight:
115/75

Good morning! Please read for clarification about the Performance Challenge:

28 competitors, $900 prize to be split between the top 3 winners of each group.

1st: $150
2nd: $50
3rd: $25

Rules of the challenge:
- each workout will be posted on Friday. You can come & practice the movements during open gym sat 10am and sun 11am.
- the workout will be performed during class on Monday and at open gym on Tuesday 6pm. Any exception due to traveling, sickness or other issues..must be discussed with the coach and find an agreed upon time to makeup the workout.
- the point system will be specifically based on the ranking of the workout for the challenge, not class attendance.
