| Basics We will guide you through a basic program that has been designed to strengthen your body foundations which are your joints and ligaments. This will condition your body's ability to regain functionality and full range of motion through every joint so you can properly perform compound movements such as squatting, lifting yourself off the ground, pulling yourself up, or pushing yourself off the ground with natural exercises like squats, pullups, situps, and pushups that will prepare you to join our regularly scheduled classes. |
Consistency We will require you to maintain set standards for the duration of every workout after you have learned, regularly repeated, and continue to improve upon the ten general skills of CrossFit which are:

Intensity After you have shown that you are committed to learn the basics of our program, intensity of the workouts will be increased to maximize your performance and reach your goal faster. Let go of your day for an hour of fun! |
Our Goal We would like to show you the effectiveness of our philosophy and techniques in teaching and practicing CrossFit, while simultaneously observing the best practices for a safe and effective training session. The class is taught and practiced in a group setting, and individual participants train at various levels of complexity and intensity according to their level of fitness and experience in CrossFit techniques. |
